Work Experience Scheme Introduced

Here at Fowler Smith Mortgages & Protection, I'm exceptionally proud to announce that from 2026, we are opening up two intakes - one in the Spring and one in the Autumn - to those wanting to have work experience at our firm.

After the success of having our first work experience candidate this summer, it has prompted us to consider the benefits to the wider community of opening up a structured intake. We intend to build relationships with local schools and other educational institutions to allow current or past students to join us for a week of work experience.

I'm hopeful that the structure work experience will allow individuals to gain valuable insight in to our firm and the industry as a whole, build a network with professional peers and shadow individuals in various parts of our business.
