Jonathan Fowler​
Founder & Managing Director

Jonathan's background originated in the fast-paced property markets of East London and West Essex, before the evolution into arranging property finance took place for him.
Over the years, Jonathan has built up substantial knowledge in the residential and buy to let field - ranging from mainstream to specialist.
For some years now, where more investors have been intrigued by the UK property market, Jonathan has facilitated finance for many complex cases, including short-term lending via private banks, finance for expatriates and much more.
Charlie Smith

After leaving University, Charlie knew that a career involving property and people was the right fit for him.
​
Charlie worked in property covering Essex and Suffolk, and eventually moved his career into finance. His career in mortgage advice first focussed on new build properties, and then progressed to more specialist advise for the credit impaired client.

Since then, for the past few years, Charlie has been helping clients in all situations and walks of life, building up a solid base for assisting every client he now advises and arranges lending for.

Natasha Hughes​

Natasha has first-hand experience in working within a fast-paced industry under pressure.
After running and selling her own successful business after 10 years of operating, Natasha previously worked within real estate where she would work meticulously to ensure clients had a smooth transaction from start to finish, before pursuing a career in financial services.

With an interest in contractor and Limited Company Director mortgages – Tara prides herself on the assisting clients whose incomes hold more complexity, and ensuring the client is able to move into their new home.
Tara focusses on building great relationships with her clients – helping them throughout their entire property purchase journey.

Leah has experience working under pressure whilst maintaining the highest of standards, always working in line with all policies. She enjoys building strong client relationships ensuring a smooth transaction.
Initially working in a healthcare administrative role since 2019, Leah recently took a break to start a family, before deciding to use her meticulous working standards to pursue a career in financial services.

At Fowler Smith, we support Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity. Our Directors chose this charity as being Fowler Smith's preferred organisation to support, and look forward to keeping up contributions as time goes on.
